Mitsidi Primary School, Malawi

St Joseph's Parish Community has formed an association with Mitsidi Primary school in Blantyre, Malawi and has undertaken to supply the funds to feed the school's 900 pupils through the "Mary's Meals" organisation.

The parish is also committed to improving the school's fabric and resources to improve the children's life chances through education.

The first Sunday of each month is "MITSIDI SUNDAY" and donations are collected in the Thersa Hall, providing a focus for the project throughout the year.

However, donations can be given at any time. Simply make a cheque payable to St Joseph’s Parish’ and ensure that you write MITSIDI on the back. If you wish to contribute regularly, standing order forms are available from St Joseph’s or they can be downloaded here.

Donations to the project are eligible for GIFT AID and if you are a higher tax payer, then this may be of advantage to you as well as to the project. FULL DETAILS HERE.
