I would like to remind you that the special period of prayer in front of the Blessed Sacrament - our Forty Hours Adoration - will begin on Sunday 30th August after the 11.30am Mass.
Lifts to Mass
There a few older people in the Parish who take a taxi to 10am Mass every Sunday. It really would be good if we could arrange lifts for these people as a sign of a good community. If you are able to help with this, please see Father McGrorry.
Sacraments
There will be a very important meeting for the parents of all children who would like to receive the Sacraments of Confession, Confirmation or First Holy Communion in September. The meeting will take place on Thursday 10th September at 7.30pm in the Theresa Hall. All children must be represented at this meeting.

Milngavie Churches
Friendship House was opened by Rev John Paterson, St Paul's Church on 23rd June 1984 and has for the past 25 years served the community in Milngavie. To mark this special occasion Milngavie Churches Friendship House Association has arranged a 25th Anniversary Celebration on Friday 18th September in Allander Evangelical Church starting at 7.00pm. A warm welcome to everyone who has served as a volunteer in friendship House during the past 25 years. Scottish Marriage Care
