Commitment / Involvement Sunday
This weekend we will have the possibility of either volunteering to begin, or to continue to help in the various areas of Parish life, or to take a rest for a year.
Next Sunday - Sea Sunday
This is the annual appeal to support the vital ministry of Stella Maris the Apostleship of the Sea (AoS), in providing pastoral and practical help to seafarers visiting our shores. This special collection will be taken as you leave the Church.
Fairtrade
This weekend after all Masses, the Fairtrade Stall, with lots of new items in stock, will be available in the Theresa Hall.
Liturgy Meeting
This will take place on Monday 14th September at 7.30pm in the main hall (please use main hall door). While all parishioners are welcome, it is hoped that those responsible for ministries will be there.
Social Group
All those who are willing to help with or organize a social event for this year are invited to a meeting on Tuesday 15th September at 7.30pm in the Theresa Hall. Please enter by side door.

Welcome Enrolled P3
Next Sunday at 10am Mass, we will welcome the Primary 3 children of the parish who have been enrolled into the Sacraments.

In celebration of the Year of the Priest, Priests for Scotland invites you to take part in the photographic competition entitled Contemporary Images of the Diocesan Priest. Serra Club - Praying for Vocations
The Serra Club is re-launching the 31 Club - a religious vocations prayer activity which aims to have at least one Mass offered for vocations every day of the year. Parishioners are asked to participate by committing to attend Mass on a particular date, selected on the posters provided at the back of the Church. Sign up and offer your Mass for an increase in vocations to the priesthood and religious life.

Glasgow Pilgrimage to the Holy Land
This eight day pilgrimage from 1st - 9th November 2009, will be led by Rt Rev Mgr Peter Canon Smith JCL. The cost of the trip is £775 and deposits of £150.00 are now required to be paid. Further information can be found on the noticeboard at the side door of the Church.
