Today, Sunday, we remember all our relatives and friends who are with God and tomorrow, Monday, we will celebrate the Commemoration of All Souls as we pray for those not yet with God that they will be with Him soon.
Sunday Club for Confirmation
The Sunday Club will continue today and next week, 8th November, from 9 - 9.50am. The Confirmation will take place on Thursday 12th November at 7.30pm.
St Joseph's Youth Group
The Youth Group is open to children of the Parish and their friends from P6 - S1 and meets on Sunday evenings from 7pm - 8.30pm, £3, in the scout hall next to Lennox Park. Membership forms are available from the sacristy. All welcome.
The Month of November
During this month we pray in a special way for all our friends and relatives who have died that they will be with God.
Only during this month are all of the Masses offered for all of the names on the November lists. If you would like your relatives or friends remembered during the Masses, please put the lists and stipend in the envelopes found at the back of the Church.
Confirmation Talk
This Thursday at 7.30pm there will be a talk for all the parents whose children will be confirmed this month.
Next Sunday - Attendance Census
Next weekend is one of the two weekends of the year when the Diocese ask for numbers of those attending Mass. With the closure and amalgamation of Parishes it is very important if all who feel they belong to the Parish are at Mass here next weekend.
Traidcraft Stall
The Traidcraft Stall will be available after all Masses NEXT weekend. We will also be selling CHRISTMAS CARDS.
Meditation Group
A small meditation group will be starting next Sunday - 8th November. Anyone interested should meet in the Conti Room for 7.30pm.
60+ Club
This new Parish Club will meet for the first time on Monday 9th November from 2pm - 3.30pm in the main hall. This will be an opportunity to meet some old friends (i.e., those you have known a long time) and some new ones. Tea and coffee will be provided and there is a suggested donation of £2. Men and women from the Parish and their friends are all very welcome.
Fabric and Finance Group
This Group will meet on Monday 9th November at 7.30pm in the Conti Room. Please enter by main hall door.
Crafts For Mitsidi
Do you enjoy craft work? Would you like to meet others who share this interest? If so please come along to the Church hall on 11th November from 7-9pm. The idea is to sell our craftwork at the Parish Art and Craft Sale on 5th / 6th December to raise funds for Mitsidi School. Please bring your own materials.
