Carfin
The Annual Thanksgiving Day at Carfin will be on Sunday 20th June and a bus has been organized to leave Douglas Street Car Park at 1.30pm (returning about 7pm). The cost for the trip will be £6. Please leave your name on the list in the Church porch or call John Munn on 563 7479 for further information.

Primary 7 Leaver's Mass
On Thursday this week at 7.30pm we will celebrate Mass for the Primary 7 children who are leaving primary school to go to secondary school. All parishioners are welcome.

Archdiocese Holy Land Pilgrimage
This year the Archdiocese is running a pilgrimage to the Holy Land, led by Archbishop Conti and former Lord Provost Alex Mosson. The pilgrimage will run from November 22 - 29th direct from Glasgow to Tel Aviv for 7 nights stay in Bethlehem. Fully escorted throughout. The Pro-Life Group
The Pro-Life Group at St Lucy's, Cumbernauld would like to invite you to the Vigil for Pro-Life on 11th June beginning at 6pm with Rosary. The evening will continue with Mass, Holy Hour, Stations of the Cross and Discussions ending with morning Mass at 9.30am. A hot and cold buffet will be provided. All welcome.
Pope's Visit
We hope to put together a small group of 4 or 5 people who would help to be involved in the preparations of the Pope's visit. This would involve organizing some talks and prayer sessions etc., here in the Parish. Volunteers would need to be computer literate and be able to use powerpoint. Anyone interested should speak with Father McGrorry.
