You and the Assisted Suicide Bill
There will be a meeting at St Margaret's Hospice, East Barnes Street, on Wednesday 7th July at 7.00pm. The aim is to make an awareness of the issues, concerns and implications of the Assisted Suicide Bill going through Scottish Parliament and how this affects you. There will be a short DVD, discussion, question and answers and light refreshments. All Welcome.
Visiting Missionary Priest
On the weekend of 3rd/4th July, Fr McGuire will make an appeal on behalf of seminaries in the Third World.
Sea Sunday - 11th July
Next week is Sea Sunday, when the Church remembers all those who live and work at sea. This year is also "The year of the Seafarer", and so is a very important year for Apostleship of the Sea and seafarers. Sea Sunday is your chance to help AoS make a real difference to the lives of seafarers.
Mitsidi Sunday
This is Mitsidi Sunday and the Mitsidi table will be available as usual in the Theresa Hall for donations. The Mitsidi Update which usually appears as an insert in the Bulletin will resume again after the holidays.

Sacraments 2010/11
If you have a child who would like to celebrate the Sacraments of First Confession, Confirmation or First Holy Communion this coming year, you or someone representing you, must attend the preparation meeting on Thursday 9th September at 7.30pm in the Church.
